    Before I became a therapist

I spent years in high-performance environments—building companies, leading teams, navigating the kind of pressure that teaches you to compartmentalize. I was good at performing success while feeling disconnected from myself.

I understand what it's like to appear capable while privately questioning everything. To achieve goals that no longer feel like your own. To wonder if something is wrong with you because the life you built isn't making you feel the way you expected.

This isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about coming home to what's true.

    What I believe about healing

Healing requires safety, not just insight

Understanding your patterns intellectually isn't enough. Real change happens when your nervous system feels safe enough to let go of old protective strategies.

You don't need to be fixed

The symptoms you're experiencing—anxiety, disconnection, relationship struggles—often make sense given what you've lived through. We're not fixing problems; we're expanding capacity.

    The body keeps the score

Trauma and stress live in the body, not just the mind. My work is always nervous-system-informed, helping you build regulation from the inside out.

Therapy should translate to real life

What happens in session matters less than what changes in your life. I'm interested in transformation that shows up in your relationships, your work, your sense of self.

    Outside the therapy room

I live in Florida with my family. I've traveled to 38 countries—each one teaching me something about how differently humans live and heal. I'm a reader, a lifelong learner, and someone who believes in the power of rest as much as the power of effort.

I've learned that sustainable change doesn't come from pushing harder—it comes from understanding ourselves more deeply and treating ourselves with the kind of care we're so quick to offer others.
