    Practitioner and credentials

    Sit With Sarah is the practice of Sarah Shortridge, RCSWI, MSW. Florida registration number ISW22268. Sarah Shortridge, RCSWI/MSW (Florida registration ISW22268) practices psychotherapy under the supervision of a qualified licensed clinical supervisor. Sarah is not an independently licensed clinical social worker, psychologist, or physician, and nothing on this site should be read to suggest otherwise.

    Therapy: where it is available

    Psychotherapy is delivered by secure video only; there is no in-person office. Therapy is available only to clients physically located in Florida at the time of session. Clients located outside Florida cannot receive therapy services.

    Coaching is not therapy

    Coaching is not psychotherapy, is not a substitute for mental health treatment, and is available to clients outside Florida. Coaching does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions, does not create a therapist–client relationship, and is not covered by insurance. Where a coaching conversation reveals a need for clinical care, referrals are offered.
