    Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a private, consistent space to explore what's happening beneath the surface. Whether you're navigating anxiety, processing grief, working through relationship patterns, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself—this work meets you where you are.

Sessions are integrative, meaning I draw from multiple evidence-based approaches rather than following a single rigid model. We work with your thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and relational patterns to create change that actually sticks.

    Couples Therapy

Relationships are where our patterns become most visible—and most available for transformation. Couples therapy provides a structured space to understand the dynamics between you and your partner, and to build something more connected and resilient.

This isn't about taking sides or assigning blame. It's about helping both partners feel truly seen and heard, understanding the protective strategies that get in the way, and developing new ways of being together that feel safer and more alive.

    Trauma-Informed Care

All of my work is trauma-informed, which means I understand that present-day struggles often have roots in past experiences. This doesn't mean every session will focus on the past—but it does mean I approach your experience with an understanding of how the nervous system holds onto what it's lived through.

Trauma-informed care prioritizes safety, choice, and pacing. We move at a rhythm that allows your system to integrate, rather than pushing for breakthroughs that leave you overwhelmed.

    Nervous System Regulation

So much of what we experience as anxiety, reactivity, or emotional dysregulation is actually the nervous system doing what it learned to do to keep us safe. Understanding your nervous system isn't just interesting—it's practically useful for changing how you feel day to day.

We work together to help you recognize your nervous system states, expand your window of tolerance, and develop the capacity to stay present with yourself and others even when things get hard.

Therapy is available only to clients physically located in Florida or Washington, D.C. at the time of session. If you're located elsewhere and interested in working together, please explore my coaching services.

If you're coming in with a partner, couples therapy is the same work with two people in the room. When trauma is still living in the body, we may use Accelerated Resolution Therapy. And if you're still deciding, it may help to read how I think about healing or how to begin.
